Financing the Projects
Our Projects usually use the PRIVATE PUBLIC PARTICIPATION (PPP) approach in which the government will provide the guarantees for the project and we will be
bringing in the technology, finance, and operation through a build operate and transfer concept. Our company does not take any upfront money and all the consultancy fees are obtained from the participating companies based on success fees. Our fees are agreed upon once the concept is accepted by the parties.
Social Impact
Companies measure their business success by their financial accounting only. What should be taken into consideration is the impact of this business on the community and how that this value added to the total value of the company. Companies need to take an integrated approach by including and incorporating their community development value as well. Our trend is to incorporate human rights and social index into the values of companies. We’re developing innovative frameworks and to advance community development as a non-financial capital measurement, valuation and reporting. Our work helps companies improve their integration in the community and the Country economy.
Project & Community Development
CDE emphasizes the sustainable development of the Community in which the project is implemented, by working with the cooperative farmers, and setting up their company to ensure the sustainability of their farming and at the same time in putting part of the profit of the project to be utilized for the purpose of a wholistic sustainable development of the community and thus this return is utilized to build and operate schools, training institutes, health centers, old age care centers, youth and cultural centers, as stipulated in the sustainable development plan.
